The Bhagavad Gita shows the central idea of Hinduism, which is reincarnation. I do not know a lot about Hinduism, but am interested in the idea of reincarnation in Eastern philosophy. Chapter two of this book focuses very much on the Self, death, and the afterlife. There are also many similar ideas to Christianity in regards to the soul.
