Only until you accept the fact that racism exists and that you could possibly be a racist will you be able to come to terms with the many different stereotypical behavior that is around us on a daily basis. Fortunately, after reading Beverly Tatum's book my eyes have opened up to the world of racism that still exists today in our world and hopefully makes me more aware to the situations around us.
