In light of the concepts I used in this essay. Small towns are not all pressure demons. However when you become accustomed to the same distinct behaviour for so long, you simply start to look at others who don't follow the so called norm as outsiders. The individuals of small towns become deprived of diversity and later end up labeling outsiders or strangers stereotypical. Which later affects the individuality of the humans within the society.
