this is the reflection of Svetlana's memory of her childhood. The play was not unenjoyable thought I could have been better had it decided whether or not it was going to be a comedy or a drama. It just did not reach either standard and resulted in the play being hard to watch, as you could not relax and laugh along because there seemed to be too many themes there were inappropriate to laugh at.
