…The answer is far from simple. But a step in the right direction would be for a leader to have compassion for the people that he is leading, and to concentrate on maintaining his moral values and beliefs. It is a very difficult matter, trying to avoid the temptation of corruption, but by following these initial rules, corruption may be avoided. And oh, if only Napoleon had done so with the animals of Animal Farm.
