…make sure that rights aren't violated, and, that essentially, the time fits the crime, people are going to have to set some standards and decide about how serious certain things are. If they believe that continuous behaviour of petty theft is just as bad as murder, then that's their belief, and, to be honest, I don't think that it's right. It's doesn't fit, and it doesn't seem to be constitutionally correct. Three strikes? Try five.
