the language and length of the diary notes because they could not be to long in order to met the objectives nor could they be to short, for the same reason. The problem with the language was to show some difference in the language, which was to emphasize the aging of Blanche, without taking away the sophisticated tone of it. However, I feel I was able to work around these difficulties and met my objectives.
