Dear Congressmen, Today on Monday August 6, 1787 we finally settled on the first draft of the Constitution. This was a big step, because Northern colonies couldn't agree with with these new set of laws we are providing as a basis for the United States. So, it is now ready to be copied and processed, then sent out to be our foundation and distinct set of rules for our country.
