…when you are 24, a lot of parents don't do that. The show succeeds because if you wanted to emulate one of them you have a wide range of people to choose from, Donna is caring, Steve is spoiled a lot of the time, Brandon is kind and considerate, Valerie is mean sometimes, etc. The characters are developed so well that you have a wide range to emulate from and I think people should and do.
